DURING THE RACE

Please follow the instructions of both the Honorary Police and marshals; they are there to ensure your safety and the Race Organisers will disqualify runners for not following their instructions. Their support allows these events to continue so please thank them for their support, even just a smile!
Runners should not wear MP3 / Ipods etc whilst running; this is a road race and we need to ensure the safety of all road users. Personal music systems prevent you from hearing safety instructions.
Numbers must be worn on the front of your shirts and must be visible at all times.

There will be one section around L’Etacq where marshalls will ask you to run on the RIGHT side, this is for your own safety.
For the majority of the race you will be on roads and will keep to the LEFT side of the road and so you will be running with the traffic.
Whilst running on the Railway Walk and the promenade area of St. Aubin please be aware of walkers, cyclists and other members of the public, you do not have right of way and please remember to thank them if they give way.
